Featuring ample terrace space for socialising, and a wonderful heated infinity swimming pool, perfect for soaking in the atmosphere and sublime air of the Western Cape. The open terrace includes an al fresco dining area, lounge seating area, and a contemporary fire pit, ideal for evening drinks whilst watching the sunset. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with a classic braai grill and pizza oven.
Leading into the villa, via a generous threshold featuring retractable walls, is the spectacular great room with a spacious seating area with expansive views outside. An additional dining space is also incorporated here, whilst a large green atrium sits adjacent, with a lush manicured lawn, ideal for private parties.
For guests wishing to extend celebrations inside, there is a fantastic contemporary party room, featuring a pool table and ping-pong table and ample space for a dancefloor. Alternatively, if pampering is more enticing, the on-site sauna and steam room can help soothe weary muscles, especially if the well-equipped gym has been utilised! For an intimate and quiet night in, guests can curl up in the secluded cinema and catch up on the latest blockbuster.

Incredible villa. The design is stunning, and the views are unparalleled. We loved the retractable walls in the great room, which made the space feel open to the ocean. The cinema was a nice touch for movie nights. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this Clifton villa for a family reunion and it was unforgettable. The six split levels took a day to get used to, but the views from every terrace are breathtaking. The heated infinity pool was perfect for evening swims. Host communication was prompt and helpful. One small issue with the sauna temperature, but overall a fantastic stay. Would return.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is even better than the photos. The atrium with lawn is a peaceful retreat. The sauna and steam room were a great way to unwind after long days exploring Cape Town. The host was very accommodating. Will definitely return.

Amazing place, but the stairs are no joke. We had a few older guests who struggled with the six levels. Still, the views and the outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven made up for it. Clean and well kept. 4 stars.

This place is a masterpiece. From the retractable walls in the great room to the green atrium, every detail is thought through. We hosted a small wedding here and it was magical. The host went above and beyond to help us coordinate. Five stars.
