Spread over three floors, the chalet features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (available on request) with dishwasher, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Guests can enjoy WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, and TV throughout the property.
For an extra fee and upon request, an exclusive wellness area is available, featuring a Turkish bath, hot tub, sauna, relaxation area, and outdoor solarium. Families will appreciate the availability of a baby cot, while the private outdoor space includes a garden and four balconies. In winter, a free shuttle bus to the ski lifts is available, with a stop just 250 metres from the property, and the Teola ski lift is only a 5-minute drive away.
In summer, guests can explore hiking trails or visit Larix Park amusement park in Livigno. The chalet offers one parking space on the property and four garage spaces, with additional amenities including a ping pong table, table football, electric vehicle charging station, lift, and storage for motorcycles, bicycles, and skis.
Step-free access and wide, easily accessible doors make the property suitable for all guests. Breakfast and daily room cleaning are included. Please note that pets are not allowed. Recycling rules apply, with further information provided on-site.

We booked for a special celebration and were not disappointed. The spaciousness allowed us to host a lovely dinner one evening. The multiple balconies offered different perspectives of the stunning valley. The inclusion of daily housekeeping meant we could truly relax. While nearly perfect, we felt the TV/smart entertainment system could be updated slightly for easier streaming. A very minor point in an otherwise phenomenal stay.
