Welcome to Hacienda, a traditional, Mediterranean 6-bedroom Villa located only a short walk away from a sandy beach and the blue water of the Sea of Cortez in Los Cabos, Mexico. Unwind here, admire the exquisite view, and enjoy all of the luxuries that only a Villa like this offers. This Villa sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect home away from home for you to spend quality time with your friends and loved ones.
Hacienda del Mar six unique bedrooms for all of our guests to love. Almost all of the bedrooms come with private en-suite loggias (covered open spaces), each offering the most beautiful ocean view you have ever seen. These loggias provide our guests with the perfect place to enjoy peace and escape from the hot Mexican sun. All of the bedrooms incorporate an amazing vista, with high ceilings decorated by wooden beams. The hand-carved wood furnishings and finishings bring an extra touch of Mexico to the rooms. Adorned with pastel colors and Talavera pottery, these bedrooms are the perfect mix of Mediterranean and Mexican.
The bathrooms in Hacienda are the embodiment of luxury, lavishly designed and decadent. Relax in a magnificent bathtub, with a stunning, ornate chandelier hanging above whilst enjoying the spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez from your bathroom window.
A spacious kitchen is one of the best features of this Villa. Equipped with the latest appliances, this kitchen is easy to use for absolutely anyone. A granite island is the perfect addition to such a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy their food in any place they choose from the many options provided by this magnificent Hacienda, such as in the palapa located on an outdoor balcony, the pool terrace, or even in their rooms.
Hacienda is magnificently decorated with romantic fireplaces, perfect for curling up and enjoying a real book beside it, and why not, accompany it with a glass of your favorite wine? The interior is also lit with many different Mediterranean lighting elements, such as glass candle ornaments and beautiful, ornate chandeliers.
The spacious exterior is also full of countless places to relax, the loungers out by the infinity pool, the firepit, and of course, the large, cushioned chairs. The infinity pool and the spa are both great places from which to admire the world around you and take in the incredible panoramic views. There are many oversized loungers surrounding the pool where our guests can bask in the heat, while others can relax in open and airy areas that provide shade and a break from the hot Mexican sun. The outdoor/indoor lounge area includes a flat-screen television perfect for a fun movie night.
Hacienda also offers all kinds of spaces, there is even a private office with a desk arrangement if you need to be in touch with the office even during your off-time. It provides silence and privacy. With the help of a luxury pull-out sofa, this room becomes the sixth bedroom of the Hacienda. The combination of views and sunlight make this room the perfect place to focus whilst also enjoying your holiday.
Hacienda is a wonderful property for your vacation. With its location, facilities, size, and atmosphere, this Villa will provide the holiday of your dreams. It is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa, and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Palmilla golf course. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. . The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.
Of course, no Villa would be complete without a dedicated butler and a personal chef. These services are the absolute best and make sure that you have the best holiday possible without having to worry about the little, but important, things of everyday life.

A beautiful Mediterranean-style retreat in a prime location. The bedrooms were spacious with lovely private balconies. The chef prepared amazing meals, and the concierge was very helpful. Only minor issue was some noise from nearby resort events, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The property is stunning, but we found the process for accessing the resort amenities a bit cumbersome with required reservations. That said, the villa itself had everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

We loved our stay! The villa is even more beautiful in person. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was magical, and the staff made us feel pampered. The location is safe and convenient, with easy beach access.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The villa’s design blends luxury and comfort perfectly. We enjoyed meals prepared by the chef, lazy days by the pool, and evenings around the firepit. The concierge was very helpful with arranging activities.
