Overview
Hummingbird House, having recently undergone a two year renovation and expansion is now one of the finest properties within the Tryall Club. This 14,000 sq.ft. villa is set on four acres and is located on prestigious Barnes Hill; it has some of the most incredible panoramic views of the area. The truly breath-taking scenery of rolling green fairways and brilliant blue ocean is viewable from every common area, the pools and six of the seven spacious bedrooms.
Depending on the time of year, guests can rent five, six or seven bedrooms of this fantastic residence. The house comfortably sleeps 14 people in its seven bedrooms. There are flat screen HD televisions in every bedroom, along with a 70" HD flat screen and Wi-Fi media centre in the living room.

We stayed at Hummingbird House for a week and it was paradise. The villa is stunning, with panoramic views from every room. The staff were attentive and kind. The infinity pool and hot tub were our favorites. The kids loved the pool table and the beach. The only downside was the mosquitoes at dusk, but that's nature. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing family reunion at Hummingbird House. The villa is perfect for large groups. The staff were incredible, handling all our needs with a smile. The pool and views are spectacular. The kids club kept the children happy. The only minor issue was that the WiFi was spotty in some bedrooms. But we would definitely return.

A truly luxurious experience. The villa is impeccably maintained. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly. The staff are the heart of this place, so warm and welcoming. The views from every angle are spectacular. We felt like royalty. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at a lot of villas in Jamaica, and this one is in a class of its own. Fourteen thousand square feet sounds impersonal until you are in it, and then it just feels generous. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the outdoor showers are a small daily luxury, and the soaking tub with the sea view is worth the trip by itself. The staff are professional without being intrusive, which is a hard balance to strike. The heated pool was perfect for early morning laps, and the kids club kept our youngest happily occupied. We rented all seven bedrooms and would do it again without hesitation.

Took the whole extended family including four kids under eight. The kids club and paddle board were lifesavers, and the nannies on staff were patient and kind. Parents actually got to relax. The villa is spotless. No complaints at all.
