The main villa features a spacious living room, a spacious cinema room with modern sound and visual systems, a library, a well-equipped gym, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are four well-appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, private terraces, and ocean views.
Within the guest house there is a second living and dining area and another fully-equipped kitchen. There are two more comfortable guest bedrooms with en-suite facilities, terraces and ocean views.

This villa is a masterpiece. The interiors are curated like a gallery, and the outdoor spaces are divine. Our family of 12 had plenty of room between the main house and guest house. The gym and library were welcome amenities. Service was seamless. A 10/10 experience.

We loved our stay at this stunning St Barths villa. The minimalist design is gorgeous, and the art collection adds a special touch. Having two pools and the huge Jacuzzi was amazing for our group. The privacy is unparalleled. Only minor note: some kitchen appliances felt slightly dated for the price point. Overall, a fantastic property.

If you're looking for total privacy and luxury in St Barths, this is it. The 7.5 acres are beautifully landscaped. We loved the cinema room for movie nights, and the eight-person Jacuzzi was a daily ritual. The en-suite bedrooms with private terraces are a dream. Perfect for a large group.

Incredible property on 7.5 acres. The ocean views from every bedroom are breathtaking. We spent most of our time by the heated pool or in the cinema room. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Everything was perfect.
