Overview
Tucked along the coast of the Cayman Islands is the elegant and modern 7-bedroom Villa, Evolution. This oceanfront property can accommodate up to twenty guests comfortably and enjoys panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. The villa is based on the south side of the island in a vibrant area known as Bodden Town. This area is laced in a beautiful landscape and provides you with a secluded vacation, yet you are also a short drive from many of the island’s hot spots including Seven Mile Beach.
Perched right on the beach, Evolution has the ocean as its backyard. Each morning you can walk out onto the terrace and soak in the incredible Grand Cayman sunrise. As the warm rays stretch across the island you can dine alfresco and listen as the waves roll onto the shore below. After some delicious Caribbean cuisine, you can walk down onto the shore easily. Walk also the shoreline as the white powdery sands cover your toes. You can go shell hunting or even indulge in some exciting water sport activities. The villa supplies you with your own kayak – perfect to explore the shallow crystal-clear waters.
In the afternoon, as dinner is sizzling on the grill you can slip into the silk-like waters of the private infinity pool. Perch yourself along the edge of the pool as you look out over the turquoise, Caribbean ocean and watch the boats sail swiftly by. In the evenings you can open a bottle of wine as you slip into the bubbly, warm waters of the spa. Look up to see the stars shimmering above you. Each evening you can open the windows and allow the soothing tropical breezes to lull you to sleep.
The villa's interiors are modern, embracing a simplistic-chic coastal design. The rooms are spacious and full of light from the large windows and doors that open out onto the terrace. The panoramic views of blue water and the sandy beach catches your eye immediately. The villa's entrance leads you into a long hall, decorated with tasteful artwork and soothing grey tones. The hall leads you to the main living areas where an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is based. The living area is based towards the end of the room and is fitted with a plush L-shaped sofa. There is a large plasma screen TV mounted on the wall opposite and the area enjoys unobstructed sea views, with access out onto the pool deck. The elongated wooden dining table is perched in the centre of the room and seats twelve of your guests while the alfresco dining table outside can cater for another twenty. There is also additional seating for six guests along the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The gold-plated artwork that is mounted above the kitchen shimmers brightly.
The villa has a total of seven oceanfront bedrooms. The bedrooms feature high-resolution TVs, some with Apple TVs, and are equipped with air-conditioning. Each room features its own private en-suite bathroom, with a vanity, hairdryer and beach towels. The two master suites offer an open plan bathroom with deep soaking bathtubs and walk-in showers. The rooms feature panoramic Ocean views, with access out onto the terrace. There are four bedrooms that are fitted with lavish Queen-sized beds. These rooms are designed with similar features such as a high-resolution TV, Apple TV, Sonos sound system and they include access onto the pool deck. The seventh bedroom is slightly different as it holds two full bunk beds, which are fitted over double beds. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination and the room includes amenities such as a high-resolution TV, Sonos sound system, and an X-Box One gaming system.
*Additional Beach Details: Centrally located, the villas in Bodden Town offer shore diving and snorkeling as well as reef-protected beaches for kayaking. The beaches are mostly sand, but can also have some natural rock formations too. Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you will need to wear foot protection (pool shoes or fins). The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer!
Evolution Villa was built on an elevated sandy ridge on Boddentown's cemetery reef which has excellent snorkeling in only 4-8 feet of water. At 25 feet off the beach in the shallow water, the bottom is quite sandy.
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high water mark and the shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website because of the weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The villa is beautifully maintained and the coastal decor makes it feel bright and relaxing. The kitchen bar was perfect for casual breakfasts, and the indoor dining table seated our whole crowd for a birthday dinner. The beach is sandy and quiet, and the snorkeling just offshore is surprisingly good. The host went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Highly recommended for large groups.

Quiet, private, and luxurious. Exactly what we needed. The short drive to restaurants and Seven Mile Beach made it convenient too.

Twelve of us stayed here for a week and nobody wanted to leave. The layout is ideal for a group because the bedrooms are spread out and each one has its own bathroom, so it never felt like a hostel situation. The kitchen is well equipped, the grill got a workout, and the pool deck is where we spent every sunset. The host was proactive, checking in to make sure everything was right without ever being intrusive. The south side location means you need a car, but the upside is real privacy and water that feels like your own.

We booked this villa for a family reunion and it was perfect. Seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, meant no squabbles over space. The open kitchen and living area flowed right out to the pool deck, which is where we spent almost every evening grilling and watching the sunset. The host responded to every question within minutes. The only downside was that we had to leave. Truly a special property.
