Relax in your own tropical paradise at this beachfront house in Barbados, where every thought has been given to the little details and the views from every window are postcard perfect.
The villa is architect-designed, using local materials wherever possible, and making the most of the ocean views with doors that fold right back, open-plan spaces and glass walls maximising the light and space.
In the huge living room neutral shades and a cool limestone floor provide a calming backdrop for coastal-themed artwork and furnishings, from a feature wall depicting local coral to driftwood-style lamp bases and coffee tables. Comfy designer sofas are large enough to encourage ocean-view lounging and provide a space to gather with friends and catch up in the cool of the house on hot days. A beautiful Whetstone Oak dining table is the setting for delicious meals whipped up in the contemporary kitchen, where either you or your private chef can make the most of the top-of-the-range gadgetry. As well as the main living and entertaining spaces, Godings Beach House also has its own private cinema, gym and study, so there’s always somewhere to find a little peace and quiet if you need it.
The gated landscaped gardens offer complete privacy and plenty to keep everyone busy, too, from the stunning swimming pool that looks out to the ocean, to the yoga pavilion that stands ready for sunrise yoga classes. And if it’s adventure you’re after, just ask the villa staff to arrange it for you, whether your choice is horse riding or kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding or surfing. One of the most magical things about the gardens, however, is the pebbly path that you can follow straight to the beach, particularly early in the morning when you can have the waves to yourself.
With busy, sunny days and the sound and scent of the ocean wafting in through your bedroom window at nighttime, a sound night’s sleep should never be a concern. But just in case, each en-suite bedroom at the top of the double staircase has been carefully designed for your ultimate comfort. Walk-in dressing rooms, Hansgrohe rain showers and a bath tub with a gorgeous view, ensure every room has the feel of a boutique hotel.

Our week at this magnificent beachfront villa was nothing short of extraordinary. The architectural design with its glass walls and open layout created an immersive experience with the natural surroundings that we've never encountered elsewhere. Waking up to ocean views from our luxurious bedroom, practicing yoga as the sun rose over the water, and ending days with films in the private cinema - every moment felt curated for perfection. The staff anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, arranging incredible water sports and ensuring every detail was attended to. The seamless transition from indoor luxury to outdoor paradise through the sliding glass doors made us feel connected to Barbados' beauty constantly.

Stunning property with incredible attention to detail. The en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and ocean-view tubs were divine. Staff arranged amazing horseback riding on the beach. The yoga pavilion was perfect for morning practice. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

This property offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. The way the home is designed to capture ocean breezes and panoramic views from every room is architectural genius. We particularly appreciated how each bedroom felt like a private retreat with its own luxurious bathroom and dressing area. The staff went above and beyond - arranging everything from horseback riding at sunset to private chefs for special occasions. The yoga pavilion overlooking the water became our morning ritual, and the private gardens provided such tranquil spaces for reading and relaxation.

We loved our stay! The private beach access was incredible, and the pool area became our favorite spot for afternoon relaxation. The bedrooms were spacious with amazing bathrooms. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit.
