Welcome to Villa Morabeza, a five-star luxury villa located in a private/gated community right on the beach between Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.
This eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates big families or a group of friends in a unique, private, and safe location. Morabeza is both a word and a concept, a lifestyle, a way of seeing and understanding things and life. The word says it all: open spirit, welcoming, hospitable & relaxed. The air is soft, the breeze is fresh, and the ocean is clear and warm, the perfect place for you to unwind and relax but also an abundance of activities on your doorstep. The location of this villa is unique as it offers beach access to both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta ( less than one minute's walk ) and a short five-minute drive to town.
The house is elevated above the beach with no easy direct access and is very private. Guests have a “ hidden “ pathway to access the beach. Villa Morabeza features four master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views, one guest bedroom with ocean and internal patio view, and two kids' bedrooms, each with double bunk beds. Some showers are outdoors with ocean views. On the property, there is a separate studio with a full bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for family members who want privacy or staff visiting with you.
The spacious living areas can be opened completely towards the ocean view. The inside living area contains one big fully equipped kitchen and prep kitchen, a bar seating at the island, and sitting at an integrated table. The dining area includes an 18-foot-long dining table that comfortably sits 20 people. There is an enclosed outdoor patio with a TRX trainer, yoga, and a hangout area. Two massage tables are available; one is set up on this patio, and the other can be set up wherever the guest wants, including in front of the beach.
Villa Morabeza also includes lounge areas around the pool and a second dining table in front of the beach with spectacular views perfect for enjoying a cocktail while viewing an amazing tropical sunset.

Our stay was wonderful. The villa is beautiful and the location between the two beaches is ideal. The gated community felt very secure. We had one small hiccup with the AC in one of the bedrooms, but the response team was very prompt. Would happily return.

Incredible week! The photos don't do justice to how open and airy the main living space feels. We spent every evening on the terrace, cocktails in hand, watching the sky change color. The private path to the beach made spontaneous swims so easy. A 10/10 experience.

The location is unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having two beautiful beaches just steps away was magical. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully designed. Our family of 16 had more than enough room to spread out and relax.

A truly spectacular home for a large group. The open-air living concept is brilliant, making you feel connected to the ocean at all times. The multiple master suites were a huge hit. The yoga patio was a serene start to each day. Highly recommend the in-house massage!
