On entering the living area, the eye is captured by the black, lacquered grand piano and the photos of Frank Sinatra behind the bar as well a quote from “My Way”.
This is one of the finest luxury villas in St Barths due to its incredible views of the sea and the neighbouring islands of Bon Homme and Fregate. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation – you can choose to soak up the views or have a swim at midnight enjoying the stars and the lovely lights of the furniture from the terraces.
The infinity pool which stretches along the length of the terrace is the best place to enjoy the views of the ocean. There are also a Jacuzzi and another pool deep enough to float in on a chaise.
The property is equipped with the latest technology, from a fully-fitted kitchen and cold room to the living room which can be transformed into a cinema at the click of a button. The dining table can accommodate up to 18 guests.
All of the rooms are spacious and the overall look is bright due to the modern glass walls. While white is the predominant colour, the pops of colour, such as an orange wall in one of the bedrooms or the yellow dining table give the villa a summery, joyful ambience.
Guests can enjoy the ultimate experience, thanks to the privacy offered by the separate entrances to the five en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor while the other three are to be found upstairs. The layout makes the villa a good fit not just for families and friends but also corporate guests.
Downstairs there’s also a fitness room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors overlooking the ocean and a large, covered parking area.

Our corporate retreat was a huge success thanks to this villa. The spaces were perfect for both collaborative work sessions in the living area and for relaxation. The fitness room with a view was a game-changer for morning workouts. The dining table comfortably seated our entire team. The property manager was exceptionally responsive to a couple of minor requests. The only very slight drawback was that the Wi-Fi could be intermittent in one of the far bedrooms, but it was strong everywhere else. Overall, an exceptional venue that impressed everyone.

Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal. The villa's design, with its bright interiors and glass walls, makes you feel connected to the stunning landscape. We spent hours just lounging, switching between the infinity pool and the jacuzzi. The kitchen was so well-equipped we ended up cooking most nights and enjoying long dinners on the terrace. It was the ultimate luxury escape with friends.

We’ve stayed in many villas on the island, and this one stands out. The architecture is breathtaking, with glass walls that make you feel connected to the ocean. Waking up to that view every morning was surreal. The property is maintained to the highest standard. We can’t wait to return.
