The villa is situated in the gated community of Sierra Del Mar which is just a short 12-minute drive South of Old Town Vallarta on the highway to Mismaloya, just past Garza Blanca Resort, a few blocks uphill from Playa Las Gemelas. Only a 15-minute taxi ride will take you to El Dorado Beach Club on Los Muertos. Puerto Vallarta offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, and beaches to choose from.
The owners of Tesoro Del Mar are from Las Vegas and each aspect of the home is furnished to the highest standard offering custom-made furnishings and top-of-the-line comfort. The villa features a high-quality fully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully decorated living area. Tesoro Del Mar also features a gym for guests to use. This amazing home is constantly being upgraded so the feeling of freshness to it is never-ending. Recently these updates have included:
• Vegetation cut back to open up the view to the ocean
• Outdoor Bar added on Covered Terrace
• Window treatments changed to white linen
• Patio/Pool Furniture cushions recovered in white Sunbrella
• Exterior/Interiors painted white
• All ceiling fans replaced
• New kitchen appliances including commercial stove, coffee maker
• New Dishware and Glassware
• Lighting added in gardens and pool

Fantastic vacation home. The views are postcard-perfect, and the amenities are top-notch. We loved having a private gym. The short drive to town was easy. A wonderful, relaxing escape.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The villa is luxurious and comfortable, with every amenity you could want. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and the outdoor dining area was a highlight. A dream vacation spot. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that panoramic view was unforgettable. The villa is designed for entertaining and relaxation. We spent hours in the pool and enjoyed barbecues in the outdoor kitchen. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. It's clear the owners have put great thought into creating a special guest experience. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect for a group getaway! The villa is stunning, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor areas were fantastic for socializing. The updates, like the new ceiling fans and lighting, made a big difference. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.
