Welcome to Villa Morabeza, a five-star luxury villa located in a private/gated community right on the beach between Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.
This eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates big families or a group of friends in a unique, private, and safe location. Morabeza is both a word and a concept, a lifestyle, a way of seeing and understanding things and life. The word says it all: open spirit, welcoming, hospitable & relaxed. The air is soft, the breeze is fresh, and the ocean is clear and warm, the perfect place for you to unwind and relax but also an abundance of activities on your doorstep. The location of this villa is unique as it offers beach access to both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta ( less than one minute's walk ) and a short five-minute drive to town.
The house is elevated above the beach with no easy direct access and is very private. Guests have a “ hidden “ pathway to access the beach. Villa Morabeza features four master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views, one guest bedroom with ocean and internal patio view, and two kids' bedrooms, each with double bunk beds. Some showers are outdoors with ocean views. On the property, there is a separate studio with a full bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for family members who want privacy or staff visiting with you.
The spacious living areas can be opened completely towards the ocean view. The inside living area contains one big fully equipped kitchen and prep kitchen, a bar seating at the island, and sitting at an integrated table. The dining area includes an 18-foot-long dining table that comfortably sits 20 people. There is an enclosed outdoor patio with a TRX trainer, yoga, and a hangout area. Two massage tables are available; one is set up on this patio, and the other can be set up wherever the guest wants, including in front of the beach.
Villa Morabeza also includes lounge areas around the pool and a second dining table in front of the beach with spectacular views perfect for enjoying a cocktail while viewing an amazing tropical sunset.

This villa is a dream destination. We celebrated a wedding with family, and it was the perfect venue. Having eight bathrooms was a game-changer for getting ready. The multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas meant we could all be together comfortably. The staff arranged everything flawlessly, from groceries to a chef for one night. The memories made here will last forever.

An absolutely stunning property. The direct beach access was a dream, and the pool area was perfect for our large group. Watching the sunset from the main living area was a daily highlight. The staff was incredibly attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic for our corporate retreat. The separate studio was perfect for a quiet workspace, and the main areas fostered great collaboration. The sunset views from the multiple lounge areas provided the perfect backdrop for evening networking. Everything was smooth and professional.

A slice of paradise. Waking up to an ocean view from bed never got old. The property is maintained impeccably. We loved the option of walking to either beach. The pool was the social hub of our trip. Communication with the host was seamless from booking to checkout.

Perfect for our multi-family reunion. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the sunset views and easy access to town. The property manager was very helpful. A minor issue with a patio door was fixed immediately. Overall, a fantastic and memorable stay.
