A spacious and comfortable villa with seven ensuite bedrooms, spread across three levels of expansive living spaces. Within walking distance of the owner’s private beach adjacent to the Sandy Lane Hotel, guests at Serenity have access to the exclusive beach, with loungers and changing facilities. Holetown, with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment options, is a few minutes’ drive along the coast. On entering the property an impressive grand foyer features a captivating waterfall feature and impressive double doors, beyond which are reception rooms and a formal dining room, leading directly onto the pool terrace, complete with BBQ and bar. Also on ground floor level is a family room, kitchen, and four guest suites, two of which have direct access to the pool area. The first floor features a master suite extending over the entire floor with balconies overlooking the pool area and surrounding Sandy Lane Estate. A further two guest suites, as well as a home movie theatre, are situated on the lower ground level, with a staircase leading to the terrace above. Outdoors, the expansive terraces provide several options for al fresco dining, and an adjacent pool area. Landscaped gardens, tended daily by gardeners and enclosed by an electric gate at the entrance, provide seclusion and privacy amongst the tropical surroundings.

An outstanding property. The infinity pool and hot tub are the highlights, with panoramic views. The outdoor dining area with barbecue was perfect for our group. The villa is well-maintained and the host communication was seamless. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in one bedroom was a bit noisy, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment.

The infinity pool here is simply amazing. We spent every afternoon just floating and watching the sunset. The games room was a huge hit with our kids. A perfect family holiday. The villa itself was spotless and the host was very responsive.

A luxurious and comfortable villa. The master suite is enormous, with a huge bathroom and private terrace. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining. The games room kept the kids entertained for hours. The host was excellent, providing great tips for local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate villa with everything a large group could want. The hot tub under the stars was the highlight for me.

Great location, close to Holetown for shopping and dining. The villa is spacious and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were lovely, though the water was a bit cool on our first day. The host was quick to address it. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it.
