The villa is situated in the gated community of Sierra Del Mar which is just a short 12-minute drive South of Old Town Vallarta on the highway to Mismaloya, just past Garza Blanca Resort, a few blocks uphill from Playa Las Gemelas. Only a 15-minute taxi ride will take you to El Dorado Beach Club on Los Muertos. Puerto Vallarta offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, and beaches to choose from.
The owners of Tesoro Del Mar are from Las Vegas and each aspect of the home is furnished to the highest standard offering custom-made furnishings and top-of-the-line comfort. The villa features a high-quality fully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully decorated living area. Tesoro Del Mar also features a gym for guests to use. This amazing home is constantly being upgraded so the feeling of freshness to it is never-ending. Recently these updates have included:
• Vegetation cut back to open up the view to the ocean
• Outdoor Bar added on Covered Terrace
• Window treatments changed to white linen
• Patio/Pool Furniture cushions recovered in white Sunbrella
• Exterior/Interiors painted white
• All ceiling fans replaced
• New kitchen appliances including commercial stove, coffee maker
• New Dishware and Glassware
• Lighting added in gardens and pool

Stunning property with incredible amenities. Perfect for our large family. The kids loved the pool, and we adults appreciated the peace and quiet. The location is ideal.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. The villa's design maximizes the stunning ocean and hillside views from nearly every room. The eight bedrooms provided ample space for our multi-family trip. The kids lived in the heated pool, and the adults enjoyed sunset cocktails in the Jacuzzi. The proximity to both the beach and Old Town gave us the best of both worlds. The attention to detail, from the linens to the fully stocked kitchen, made us feel utterly pampered. We've already started planning our next visit.

Great week! The property is huge and well-equipped. The gazebo was a favorite spot for morning reads. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only very small critique is that some of the outdoor furniture cushions could use an update, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The pool area is fantastic. We had a minor issue with the hot tub temperature on the first day, but the property manager resolved it quickly. Overall, a fantastic stay in a luxurious setting.
