This splendid residence is one of the largest beachfront villas in Hanalei. The villa sits proudly on over two acres of land ensuring guests’ privacy and space in this popular tourist area. The villa captures the true beauty of its surroundings.
Villa Weka is aptly named for its distinct and vivid exterior and its backdrop of luscious tropical plants and palms trees and beautifully manicured lawn – it is a treat for the eyes!
The property is located just steps from the stunning Hanalei Beach just beyond the manicured lawn. Perfect for an early morning dip!
The main house features the main living area and has four bedrooms. Downstairs you will be greeted by a wonderful open-plan living space with views to the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean.
This room is the heart of the home and there is lots of natural light entering the room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen features and has all modern appliances. There is a breakfast counter and a corner dining table and seating for casual dining with friends. A cozy living area with sofas, armchairs, colourful cushions and ambient lighting is also included in this open plan area.
A media room is available for you to watch a good film in the evening!
The plantation style of the Villa Weka at Hanalei is evident throughout with the wood frames, exposed rafters and the beautiful wide-hipped roof. The style is timeless and offers a welcoming and homely feel for guests.
The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and are sure to encourage a restful night’s sleep for guests. The main house has 4 bedrooms with one bedroom downstairs and the remaining three situated upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with king bed with a private lanai. The views from this bedroom are stunning and the lanai looks directly out to the ocean. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. The last bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. The bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom.
The guest house is ideal for two guests or a couple. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining table for two and a comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
Muted tones, white linen and natural elements feature in all bedrooms for a fuss-free stay. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan for guests’ comfort and some of the bedrooms also feature a television.
A wonderful hammock hangs between two trees and is ideal for quintessential relaxing with a great book! A sauna and ice bath are located adjacent to the guest house for guests interested in creating their very own spa-like experience without needing to leave the property! Please note this villa does not have a pool. However, the beach is mere steps from the property!
Why not start up the barbecue and treat your guests to a feast of local-inspired dishes? An alfresco dining area features and is covered to ensure you are protected from the warm sun.

While the property is beautiful and the location can't be beat, we did experience some minor maintenance issues during our stay. The management was responsive, but it did affect our experience slightly. That said, the ocean views and beach proximity are truly spectacular, and the outdoor barbecue area became our favorite gathering spot for family dinners. The sauna and ice bath were wonderful additions we didn't expect to use as much as we did.

This waterfront estate exceeded all expectations. The plantation-style architecture blended perfectly with the natural surroundings. Waking up to ocean views from our bedroom lanai was magical. The property's layout with main house and guest cottage worked perfectly for our multi-generational family.

Our multi-family vacation was enhanced by this property's perfect layout. The guest house provided privacy for one family while keeping everyone connected. The expansive grounds allowed kids to play safely while adults relaxed. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing large meals, and the outdoor dining area became our favorite spot for watching sunsets over the ocean. The short walk to Hanalei Beach made spontaneous swimming sessions a daily occurrence.

The sauna and ice bath were luxurious touches we didn't expect to use daily, but became part of our routine. The covered outdoor dining area became our favorite spot for evening meals while watching spectacular sunsets. The beach access is as direct as promised - just a short walk through beautiful grounds.
