This splendid residence is one of the largest beachfront villas in Hanalei. The villa sits proudly on over two acres of land ensuring guests’ privacy and space in this popular tourist area. The villa captures the true beauty of its surroundings.
Villa Weka is aptly named for its distinct and vivid exterior and its backdrop of luscious tropical plants and palms trees and beautifully manicured lawn – it is a treat for the eyes!
The property is located just steps from the stunning Hanalei Beach just beyond the manicured lawn. Perfect for an early morning dip!
The main house features the main living area and has four bedrooms. Downstairs you will be greeted by a wonderful open-plan living space with views to the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean.
This room is the heart of the home and there is lots of natural light entering the room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen features and has all modern appliances. There is a breakfast counter and a corner dining table and seating for casual dining with friends. A cozy living area with sofas, armchairs, colourful cushions and ambient lighting is also included in this open plan area.
A media room is available for you to watch a good film in the evening!
The plantation style of the Villa Weka at Hanalei is evident throughout with the wood frames, exposed rafters and the beautiful wide-hipped roof. The style is timeless and offers a welcoming and homely feel for guests.
The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and are sure to encourage a restful night’s sleep for guests. The main house has 4 bedrooms with one bedroom downstairs and the remaining three situated upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with king bed with a private lanai. The views from this bedroom are stunning and the lanai looks directly out to the ocean. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. The last bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. The bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom.
The guest house is ideal for two guests or a couple. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining table for two and a comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
Muted tones, white linen and natural elements feature in all bedrooms for a fuss-free stay. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan for guests’ comfort and some of the bedrooms also feature a television.
A wonderful hammock hangs between two trees and is ideal for quintessential relaxing with a great book! A sauna and ice bath are located adjacent to the guest house for guests interested in creating their very own spa-like experience without needing to leave the property! Please note this villa does not have a pool. However, the beach is mere steps from the property!
Why not start up the barbecue and treat your guests to a feast of local-inspired dishes? An alfresco dining area features and is covered to ensure you are protected from the warm sun.

This Kauai waterfront home provided the perfect setting for our dream vacation. The five-bedroom configuration accommodated our three families perfectly, with the guest house offering ideal privacy for one couple. The ocean views from multiple rooms were spectacular, and the private lanai off one bedroom became our favorite morning coffee spot. The property's extensive amenities - from the well-equipped media room to the luxurious sauna and invigorating ice bath - ensured there was something for everyone. The short walk to Hanalei Beach meant we could enjoy the ocean whenever the mood struck.

This Hanalei waterfront retreat exceeded all expectations. The separation between main house and guest cottage gave our extended family perfect privacy. Loved the morning coffee on the lanai watching the waves. The property grounds are immaculate and the beach access is truly steps away.

We celebrated our anniversary with another couple and had the most romantic getaway. The guest house provided perfect privacy while still feeling connected to the main property. The sound of waves at night was so soothing. The outdoor barbecue area became our evening gathering spot. The property is even more beautiful in person than in photos. Only suggestion would be clearer instructions for the entertainment system, but we figured it out quickly.
